A cross-cutting pillar
Mental health informs gender-based violence prevention and response, socio-economic empowerment, climate resilience, and restoration activities — it is never treated as a side issue.

Psychosocial support across climate, gender, and livelihood programs.
We recognize that mental health is not a standalone issue. It is deeply intertwined with every aspect of individual and community wellbeing. For us, mental health is a cross-cutting pillar that informs and strengthens every program we design and implement — from gender-based violence prevention and response, to socio-economic empowerment, climate resilience, and restoration.
Our interventions are guided by person-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approaches. We create safe, supportive spaces for individuals and groups to process their experiences, express themselves freely, and access psychosocial support without fear of judgment or stigma.
Whether through community-based group therapy, individual counselling sessions, nature therapy, or art-based therapy, our goal is to walk alongside survivors and affected individuals and communities on their journey toward wholeness.
We believe that mental wellbeing is a human right, not a privilege. In every project we undertake, we are committed to normalizing mental health conversations, dismantling stigma, and building resilient communities where healing is possible and hope is restored.
